There are so many interesting things to learn about Monarch butterflies! Did you know they can fly up to 2,000 miles to spend the winter in Mexico? They can even fly all the way across the Atlantic ocean! But when it comes time to lay their eggs, they fly to North America and look for Milkweed plants. The caterpillars (before they turn into butterflies) can eat a whole leaf off the Milkweed plant in less than 4 minutes!
