Did you know that honey bees are responsible for pollinating about 80% of all of the fruits, vegetables, and seeds in the United States? There is a lot of concern lately because the honey bee population is getting smaller. One of the problems is that there are more and more places that honey bees can’t live because there aren’t enough flowers and yummy things for them to eat. Glad these bees are finding some pollen (that is what is sticking to the legs of the bee that is flying away!). One other thing I learned about honey bees – they never sleep!
