Pelican fishing


So, I’m pretty sure which of these two are going to catch more fish!  I think it is so cool how pelicans scoop up gallons of water mixed with fish into their bill – then tilt their head back, spill out the water, and swallow the fish. Panda Bears Eat Bamboo


What is it about panda bears that all I want to do is hug one?  They are so cuddly and gentle looking – maybe because all they do all day is eat bamboo.  There are only 1,000 pandas living in the whole entire world.  More hugging is in order! Sleeping Kittens


Who doesn’t fall in love with kittens – especially when they are sleeping and looking so cuddly.  Actually, having lived with kittens – I was always especially happy when they were sleeping.  Did you know that kittens start dreaming when they are one week old?  They sleep about 2/3 of the day, so that’s a lot of opportunity to dream!
