Grand Canyon National Park


Well, it certainly is grand if grand means humongous! It’s long and it’s wide and it’s deep. Although it is not the biggest canyon in the world. But it might be the most famous. The amazing thing is that a simple river, the Colorado River, running over the area for 5-6 million years carved away all of that stone.
